April Maintenance Checklist
Here are a few
suggestions regarding your monthly maintenance that will help to
keep your property value up and your appliances out of trouble.

Daylight saving time begins. Honor
the occasion by replacing batteries in smoke and carbon
monoxide detectors

Have the central air conditioner
checked according to the recommendations of the manufacturer.
Clean debris form the condenser or the heat pump located
outside.

Plaint interior rooms before it
gets too hot to leave windows open. Ditto for shampooing or
replacing carpets.

Check weather stripping around
doors and windows for wear, damage or loss of flexibility.
Replace material that is not longer blocking air.

Check fire extinguisher for
expiration dates, lost pressure or damage.

Check air/heat filters, and
replace if dirty
